A spectacular sunset on Main Street.

If you’re wondering why our name is The Beacon Beacon, wonder no more: The Beacon Beacon is a nod to the name of our fair city (so good we named it twice) which derives from the historic beacon fires that were lit atop Mount Beacon during the Revolutionary War to warn of approaching British armies.

Why do we seem particularly fond of orange? Well, we love a Hudson Valley sunset and chose orange as an homage to the truly spectacular ones that regularly light up our sky.
