To kick off Elysium Furnace Works’ first solo piano festival is acclaimed virtuoso, Dave Burrell.

Dave Burrell came to prominence as an influential innovator in New York’s free jazz scene in the 1960s. In addition to more than forty albums under his own leadership, he has recorded over eighty albums as a sideman.
