Hailing from NY, NJ and the Midwest, the Dummy Lights coalesced in the Hudson Valley in the lingering shadows of COVID to explore a variety of Americana influences borne from their previous musical escapades.
Members have performed with soul singer Lester Chambers, alt-country icons the Hangdogs, NYC indie band the Moths, and Ellen Foley (Meatloaf), among many others. Together they meld these and other diverse influences into a sonic exploration that puts songwriting and storytelling at the forefront.
