DESCRIPTION:The Tioronda Garden Club is honoring the 250th Anniversary of t
 he Declaration of Independence by inviting Beacon residents to enter its P
 atriotic Garden Contest. Entrants are encouraged to design and display gar
 dens that reflect the spirit of America\, past\, present\, and future.\n\n
 Gardens using patriotic colors: red\, white\, blue or purple flowers and i
 ncorporating flags\, or symbolic elements inspired by the ideals of libert
 y and independence are suggested. Certificates will be awarded to the winn
